Waiver, Assumption of risk and agreement to hold harmless I understand that attendance to a dog obedience training class is not without risk to myself, member of my family or guests who may attend, or to my dog, because some of the dogs to which I will be exposed, may be difficult to control. They may be the cause of injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care and expertise.
Therefore, I hereby waive and relase Einsetin's from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage, which my dog or I may suffer, including specifically, withtout limitations, any injury or damage resulting from the action of the dog. I expressedly, assume the risk of and such damage or injury while attending any training session or other function taught by Einstein's on or around the surrounding area, 4915 Carolina Beach Road, Wilmington, NC. 28412
I hearby agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Einstein's Training, the employees, owners and agents from any and all claims by any member of my family or any other persons accompanying me to any training session or while on the grounds of the surrounding area thereto as a result of any action by any dog, including my own.
I herby agree to not copy or release to other persons, the training materials given to me as a student of Einstein's and I understand fully that all written material must recieve the express release permission of Einstein's in order to be used of copied by persons not enrolling in the training classes.
I understand that tuition fees paid for any class entitles me to participation in that class only. I understand that tuition is not transerable to any other class, either group or private, and that tuition is non-refundable.
